Powertech Uranium Corp. Lists On The Toronto Stock Exchange

| | POWERTECH URANIUM CORP. ("Powertech" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the stock symbol "PWE". The Company's common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX with the opening of trading on November 1, 2007. Powertech's common shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange on November 1, 2007 upon commencement of trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Richard Clement Jr, President and CEO stated, "This is a significant milestone for Powertech. Our listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange is a reflection of the Company's rapid growth and development since the reorganization of Powertech Industries and formation of Powertech Uranium Corp. last year."
