Mr. Burnett has worked in corporate finance and administration for the past 20 years. Since 1989, he has been President and principal shareholder of Carob Management Ltd., a private management consulting company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Burnett presently serves on the board of directors and is a consultant to several mineral exploration and development companies with interests in Mexico and Argentina. Mr. Burnett holds a Master of Business Administration degree (1986) and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Civil Engineering (1984) from the University of British Columbia.
